This is looking back to where we met the Wolverine Trail coming out of the
forest humped over the ridge. From anywhere along the ridgetop (to the left) one
has a commanding view of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, Lake Granby
and of Columbine Lake. Porphyry Peaks are in the distance. Thousands of people
snowmobile to here in the wintertime! If we turn around and follow the almost
level Wolverine Trail, within a mile we will arrive at the Bowen Lake overlook.
