an easy day-hike away from where our road ends.
The snowy ridge to the right is our goal: 11,769' Gravel Mountain.
The ridge to the left is Little Gravel Mountain. Their snowy mantels
can be seen from many parts of Grand County. Shown below is
Gravel Mountain's familiar appearance from Stillwater Creek
Campground by Hwy 34 and Lake Granby.
